These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Lexyngoo iOS app and this website. By using Lexyngoo, you agree to these Terms.

Use of Lexyngoo

Lexyngoo is a vocabulary learning app for personal learning. You may use the app to add words, practice reviews, track progress, and store vocabulary data according to the features available in the app.

Guest Use and Accounts

You may be able to start as a guest without registration. Lexyngoo is cloud based for guest use and registered accounts, and app data is stored on Lexyngoo servers. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

You can remove your Lexyngoo account at any time. Account removal deletes all information stored for that account and cannot be undone.

Free App With Ads

Lexyngoo is offered free with advertising. The app does not impose vocabulary-size or review-frequency restrictions as part of normal use, but features may depend on app availability, server availability, device compatibility, and reasonable technical limits.

Your Content

You are responsible for the words, translations, notes, and other content you add to Lexyngoo. You grant Lexyngoo permission to store, process, sync, and display that content on Lexyngoo servers as needed to provide the app.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Lexyngoo, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Learning Results

Lexyngoo provides tools for vocabulary practice, but learning outcomes depend on your usage, study habits, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific language-learning results.

Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Lexyngoo at any time. Cloud services, ads, analytics, and other third-party services may also change or become unavailable.

Lexyngoo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexyngoo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.
